Cancellation Before Service Delivery

You may cancel any service request before work begins at no charge. If you have made a payment and service has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.

Consultation Services

  • Initial consultations to assess your situation are provided before any payment is required.
  • You will receive a clear explanation of what we can and cannot help with before committing.
  • If we determine we cannot assist with your issue, no payment is required.

Subscription Services

  • Before Service Delivery: Full refund if you cancel before we begin work.
  • Within 7 Days of Service Start: Contact us to discuss concerns. We will work to resolve issues or provide a partial refund as appropriate.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds for the current billing period, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

One-Time Service Payments

  • Before delivery: Full refund available.
  • After partial delivery: Partial refund may be available based on work completed.
  • After full delivery: Refunds are generally not available once the service has been fully delivered as agreed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services have been fully delivered as agreed upon.
  • You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected service delivery.
  • The issue was caused by third-party platforms or factors beyond our control.
  • More than 30 days have passed since service completion.
